Everyday Anxiety Strategies for Educators (EASE) is a resource available from the Ministry of Child and Family Development (MCFD). In response to COVID-19, the MCFD has adapted these resources for parents and caregivers to use at home with their children (K-7)!
Five (Six) EASE activities are provided:
Setting up Routines with Rhythm
Helping your Children Identify and Discuss their Feelings
Practicing Deep Breathing
Practicing Progressive Muscle Relaxation
Encouraging Physical Activity
Bonus Activity for children in Grades 4-7: Supporting a Positive Mindset
