Everyday Anxiety Strategies for Educators (EASE) is a resource available from the Ministry of Child and Family Development (MCFD). In response to COVID-19, the MCFD has adapted these resources for parents and caregivers to use at home with their children (K-7)!


Five (Six) EASE activities are provided:

  • Setting up Routines with Rhythm

  • Helping your Children Identify and Discuss their Feelings

  • Practicing Deep Breathing

  • Practicing Progressive Muscle Relaxation

  • Encouraging Physical Activity

  • Bonus Activity for children in Grades 4-7: Supporting a Positive Mindset
